3. One-Off and Ongoing Projects
We design and implement projects and programs, alone and in partnership with others. We can design, establish and consolidate a project then transfer operations to another agency while providing training and support ('Build-Operate-Transfer', or BOT). Our
own projects, initiated alone or in partnership, express our “DNA” as an organization.
4. Global Partnerships
The social innovation ecosystem is complex and little understood. We facilitate and help manage international collaboration and partnerships, within and across sectors (NGO, Government and Business). Drawing on our team’s diverse experience and extensive networks, we generate innovative collaboration strategies.

Team members have worked in many countries, where we have led and worked in Start-Ups, mature businesses, NGOs, Government Agencies, Innovation Laboratories, Think Tanks and more.
